The agricultural centre of Punakha, Ritsha Village is located on the bank of river Pho Chuu and Mo Chuu which makes the land very fertile. The village is known for producing huge quality of red and white rice along with lush orchards of orange and papaya.
The Chorten is emerging as one of the popular tourist attractions site of the valley. Built-in the year 2004, the Chorten was established to remove negative force and remote peace over all the religions of the world. Filled with 3d sculptures and intricate patterns on the wall, this is the best place to witness true Buddhist culture.
